Rev. Stacy Boorn, M. Div., ordained since 1987, claims her malestream theological education opened the door for her to build a Goddess-inclusive congregation and ministry. Her tradition, which teaches good news grounded in liberating love and free grace from the Holy Other, provides a rich soil for growing new vision.
Priestess Katie Ketchum
Sister of Song, Lead Musician
Singer/Songwriter/Pianist Katie Ketchum M.A. is the director of the herchurch choir and lead musician for herchurch services. She works alongside lyricist Jann Aldredge-Clanton to compose many of the songs herchurch choir sings from her published work "Hersay: Songs for Healing and Empowerment.” Katie teaches painting with Jennifer Mantle in the her-icon circle at herchurch.
Katie is nationally known for her one woman musicals about historical women, such as Clara Schumann, Mary Cassatt, and Mary Magdalene.
Priestess Kathryn Wagner
Minister of Finance
Kathryn serves as Secretary-Treasurer for Ebenezer Lutheran herchurch. She is a fourth-generation Lutheran and has been a member of the herchurch community since 2002! Kathryn has served on the governing board of the San Francisco Night Ministry that counsels people on the streets 24/7, and has served on the board of Bay Leaf Kitchen – a local non-profit that teaches kids to cook. She is retired from the San Francisco Marin Food Bank where she worked in finance and accounting.
Priestess Jennifer Mantle
Art Womb, SoulCollage, Minister
Jennifer is a SoulCollage® facilitator, priestess and minister. She holds an Master of Arts in Women’s Spirituality from Sophia University (formerly the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology). SoulCollage® is a process created by Seena Frost, and is secular in nature though well aligned with the values of herchurch.
Priestess Alice Heimsoth
Documentarian
Alice is the Documentarian Priestess for herchurch, artistically chronicling the community and its members connection to the Divine Feminine. She photographs events, people, and rituals . Alice began studying black and white photojournalism with Peter Stackpole at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. In 1974, she received a BFA in photography at San Francisco College for Women - Lone Mountain College. From freelancing as a photojournalist, to shooting model composites and formal portraits to snap shots chronicling friends, she has always captured the essence of her subjects. Alice has also been an event and web photographer for the San Francisco Department of Public Health’s HIV Prevention Section.
Priestess Christine Konkol
Resident Witch
As Priestess Witch for herchurch, Christine offers magical gifts to share and enhance the support and development of herchurch. The monthly astrological reading provides guidance from the stars and is a favorite among many. Together we honor the natural cycles of the year, the Solstices and Equinoxes, and thank the Earth for her bounty. Small group gatherings provide inspiration and direct our attention to instinct and intuition helping us to discover ways to connect to the divinity of nature and thereby the Divine.
Priestess Elaine Chan-Scherer
Healing Circle, Artist
Elaine Chan-Scherer is an artist and psychotherapist who integrates spirit and psyche in life and work. She is a herchurch community member and hosts herchurch Healing Circles. Her desire is to serve the ever increasing energy and expression of the Divine Feminine in all of its forms.
Priestess Ayslin Rice

Ayslin supports the herchurch Instagram account and website, and is a council member. She frequently lends her musical skills to the herchurch choir. Ayslin is a reader, laugher, film and television enthusiast, teacher, organizer, clarinetist and bass clarinetist, helper, lifelong learner, and adventurer.
